It seems to me like everything you want to do is always restricted by your ability to do and this annoys me as I'm a quick learner at the time but I easily forget what I've learned later that day. All these skills I'm learning in school are just being blown away and piled on top of by other, newer things being unsuccessfully forced into the memory banks of a forgetful person. I want to retain all this knowledge and be an amazing person, an expert at something whether it be costume/stage/lighting design or dance or singing or theatre. Maybe I think this because I'm a bitch but maybe some teachers just need to slow down and let the knowledge they are desperately trying to pass down generations seep in and stay easily accessible and within reach.
